Still Austin Bottled in Bond Red Corn Bourbon (2026) is a Texas bourbon distilled and aged at Still Austin Whiskey Co. in South Austin. It is made from a four-grain mash bill of 36% Jimmy Red corn, 34% white corn, 25% rye, and 5% malted barley, aged seven years in federally bonded warehouses, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). The 2026 release is the third annual installment in the distillery's seasonal Red Corn Bottled-in-Bond series and the oldest expression in the lineup to date.

The palate is dense and fruit forward: plum, blackberry and apple bake meet custard, butterscotch, maple and cinnamon.
Lovely palate that balances confectionary and fruity notes with a solid oak presence. A big, fluffy vanilla note pairs with banana pudding, brown sugar, leather, Granny Smith apple and cinnamon.
The finish is slightly dry and oaky, opening with a nice toasted marshmallow note that transitions into a nice dark chocolate, coffee, clove and cinnamon profile.
A really delicious, well balanced, rich bourbon. If memory serves, I liked last year’s Red Corn a touch more, but this edition is still spectacular stuff. Still Austin can do no wrong.
