  • This is a really great release from Still Austin. It’s big and rich without requiring a bruiser ABV, and it’s a really lovely pour.

  • Nose:

Heavy baking spice. Spicy and rich, the nose is full of fruit like apple and pear. Pepper, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, maple. Lots going on.

  • Taste:

Spicy and rich here, as well. The palate is packed with baking spice, maple, honey, toffee and some pipe tobacco. Fruity still,
with pleasant apple butter and baked pear.

  • Finish:

Short to medium but rich and loaded with baking spice, dessert and fruit.

  • Overall:

This is a really great release from Still Austin. It’s big and rich without requiring a bruiser ABV, and it’s a really lovely pour.
