Released in Winter 2023, this bourbon is a member of Still Austin's Bottled In Bond collection. Distilled from a mashbill of 51% corn (26% blue corn, 25% white corn), 44% rye and 5% malted barley, this whiskey was aged for four years before being bottled at 100 proof per Bottled In Bond Regulations.

  • Still Austin isn’t known for being shy with its whiskeys, and this offering is no exception, punching through the roof with notes of roasted corn, bordering on pungent huitlacoche, and plenty of mushroom and soy sauce qualities.

  • Nose:

    Rich and beautiful on the nose, big toffee, honey, cream, caramel and this pleasant barrel char and creamed corn.

  • Taste:

    Gorgeous and sweet, moderate mouthfeel with nice layers. Caramel and honey stand out first, followed by raisin, tobacco, toffee and some char and pepper.

  • Finish:

    Long finish, super pleasant and long lived, packed with dessert character, honey and some rich pipe tobacco and toffee.

  • Overall:

    This is a great release from Still Austin and features well aged whiskey showing beautifully with tons of baking spice and dessert.
