Bill 266 Missouri Bourbon is produced by Still 630 using a mashbill of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% barley. Aged more than five years in new Missouri oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof, it is made with 100% Missouri-grown corn, in compliance with state law established by Bill 266 in 2019. Each batch blends 2 to 3 barrels selected from 8 to 10 tasted. The bottle retails for around $52.
