Starlight Distillery Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon Curated by Dana Huber is a limited small-batch Indiana straight bourbon produced at Starlight Distillery in Borden, Indiana, part of the seventh-generation Huber family farm and winery. Dana Huber spent six months evaluating and hand-selecting 10 barrels from the distillery’s blend of three-grain and four-grain bourbon mash bills, with more than 85% of the grain estate-grown. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), the bourbon was released in summer 2026.
