Starlight Distillery 10 Year Reserve Bourbon is an Indiana straight bourbon made at the Huber family estate in Starlight, Indiana. It is a ten-barrel blend combining the distillery's 3-grain (60% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley) and 4-grain (51% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley, 9% wheat) mash bills using estate-grown heirloom corn and Indiana rye, sweet mash fermented and double pot distilled on Vendome copper stills. Bottled at cask strength of 114.2 proof (57.1% ABV), approximately 2,000 bottles were released on June 20, 2026, at a suggested retail price of $250.
