Standard Proof Texas Pecan Rye is infused with roasted pecans from San Saba, Texas, and aged for two years in new American oak barrels. The pecans undergo a 16-week infusion process and are filtered using a proprietary method. With a mashbill including 51% rye, 44% corn and 5% malted barley, the whiskey is distilled at an undisclosed distillery in Tennessee and blended and bottled at Standard Proof Whiskey Co. in Nashville.
