St. Laurent 3 Grain Whisky is produced in Quebec, Canada, by Distillerie St. Laurent. Made from a mashbill of corn from Montérégie and rye and malted barley from Bas-Saint-Laurent, the wort is fermented on grain and double distilled in a Scottish-style copper still. Aged for three years in new charred oak barrels, it is bottled at 43% ABV in a 700ml format.
