St. Kilian Classic Single Malt Whisky is a German single malt made at St. Kilian Distillers in Rüdenau, Bavaria. It is composed of 70% whisky matured in bourbon casks and 30% in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 46% vol in 700ml bottles. The whisky is double distilled in Scottish copper pot stills from 100% pure barley malt.
Bright tropical fruit notes and ripe pear on the nose, with a touch of vanilla sweetness. Youthful palate with a fruity and spicy character, leading to a dry, warming finish.
