St. George Valley Gin is produced in Alameda, California. The process involves infusing caraway, cardamom, Saigon cinnamon, coriander, angelica root, orris root, dill seed, fennel seed, star anise, Malabar black pepper, ginger, lemon, lime, Seville orange and Bergamot orange into the grain-neutral spirit. This infusion is distilled in a 1,500-liter Arnold Holstein copper pot still with a vapor-infusion basket containing juniper berries, cilantro and California bay laurel. Fresh orange blossoms, Valencia orange, grapefruit, nutmeg, pink peppercorns, dill and cucumber are infused and distilled separately. The resulting distillates are blended, proofed and filtered before bottling.
