Honey, dough, vanilla. Faint meatiness, floral apples, pears and toasted almonds.
Medium mouth feel, no real heat. Lots of allspice, honey, vanilla, caramel and faint fruitiness. Nice smoke presence, some oak and some pepper.
Long, rich sweetness blends really well with a growing smokiness. No real heat.
Really nice integration of base spirit, bourbon character and smoke.
