Spring Mill Distillery Traditional Straight Whisky is a Canadian whisky made at Spring Mill Distillery in Guelph, Ontario, produced in a bourbon style using a Kentucky-style mashbill of corn and distilled on traditional copper column stills. It is aged for three years in charred American white oak casks and bottled without chill filtration at 40% ABV. It is sold under the John Sleeman & Sons label and retails for approximately $54.95 CAD at the LCBO.
