Nose:
Sweet on the nose, full of honey, toffee, light grain, some cereal, lemon and a spot of pepper.
Taste:
Light on the palate but sweet and pleasant. Light oak, toffee, some honey and citrus, light malty character, a hint of salinity and caramel candies.
Finish:
Moderate finish, easy drinking and pleasant. Lightly bitter, some salted caramel, cracked pepper and sweet oak.
Overall:
Not wildly complex but entirely pleasant and easy to drink. Lovely, sweet, effervescent.
