Spey Chairman's Choice is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside Distillery in Scotland, owned by Harvey's of Edinburgh since 2012. It is matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at 40% ABV. The whisky follows a tradition dating back to 1770 where the chairman of the company would select special casks on Christmas Day to share with the family.

  • A very easy drinker, has some nice complexity with a backdrop of Spey’s light spirit. Full of plenty of fresh fruits tempered by oak wood maturation.
