Heritage Distilling Co.'s Special Operations Salute Army SOF Edition is a 750ml blend of straight whiskeys bottled at 52.5% ABV by Heritage Distilling Co. in Washington. It includes a bourbon made from 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% barley aged in new heavy and extra heavy charred American and Spanish oak; a rye made from 100% rye aged 6 years; and a rye made from 95% rye and 5% barley aged 7 years. All were mashed, distilled, fermented and aged in-house. Retailing for $125, the bottle ships to 45 U.S. states. A portion of proceeds supports nonprofits serving the U.S. military special operations community.
