  • This is a savory blanco that starts sweet and ends savory and lightly smoky. Lovely stuff and a bit of a ride!

  • Nose:

Light on the nose but creamy, sweet. Some pepper, lime zest, beautiful roasted sweetness.

  • Taste:

Pleasant palate. A touch sweet, but plenty of balancing pepper and spice and minerality with light confectioners sugar, lemon curd and a hint of cream.

  • Finish:

Long finish, dry and peppery with a touch of ashy character and some earthiness.

  • Overall:

This is a savory blanco that starts sweet and ends savory and lightly smoky. Lovely stuff and a bit of a ride!
