Sotol Ono is crafted from dasylirion cedrosanum plants harvested in the Coyame Desert in Mexico. Traditional methods are employed, including cooking the plants in shallow pits fueled by willow and oak, followed by open-air fermentation in masonry tanks. The spirit is twice-distilled using copper stills.
