Sonbi Gin Jeju Edition is a 48% ABV gin made at Tokki Soju's South Korea distillery with Jeju mandarin orange peels and 10 botanicals: juniper, Schisandra berries, Chinese licorice, grains of paradise, cassia, green cardamom, coriander, lemon peel, orris root and angelica root. Tokki Soju was founded in Brooklyn in 2016 by Brandon Hill, moved production to Chungju, South Korea in 2019, and re-established U.S. operations in Rohnert Park, California in 2022.
