Sol Tarasco Charanda Hongos Añejo is a Mexican charanda distilled from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice. Produced in Michoacán, it is a blend of 1-, 2- and 3-year-old barrels and infused with Cordyceps sinensis mushrooms. It has an ABV of 46.5%.
I'm not sure how much the mushroom flavor comes through but I feel a bit of the rubber I get might be from that infusion. Its good in a I want to try this weird thing kind of way for me, but not something I’d want to drink a bottle of.
