Skellig Triple Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is produced by Skellig Six18 Distillery in Cahersiveen, County Kerry. The whiskey is made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled and matured in ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and briefly in ex-peated casks. It's bottled at 43% ABV and retails for around $30.
