Skellig Six18 Gin is an Irish artisan pot still gin distilled in small batches at the Skellig Six18 Distillery in Cahersiveen, County Kerry, Ireland. The gin uses ten botanicals, including locally foraged yarrow, fresh Douglas fir needles, birch sap and dillisk. According to the producer, this blend creates an herbaceous gin with citrus and pink grapefruit notes. It's bottled at 43.4% ABV and sells for around $42.
