Silver Swallow Blanc is a non-alcoholic sparkling white tea with less than 0.3% ABV. It is made with organically grown white tea handpicked in Yunnan, China, and includes carbonated water, fermented tea, cane sugar, green tea, rowan berry extract, passion fruit and tartaric acid.
An inviting aroma of delicate cider vinegar. On tasting, crisp apple and pear emerge, complemented by gentle carbonation and a pleasant tea note. The refreshing finish balances the flavours beautifully.
