Silks Irish Dry Gin is produced by Boann Distillery in Ireland and bottled at 42% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The gin is crafted from 14 botanicals, including juniper berries, citrus peel, apple blossom, honey, elderflower and Irish heather, using traditional copper pot stills. According to brand tasting notes, it offers a smooth flavor profile with floral notes, a hint of citrus and subtle sweetness from honey. Silks Irish Dry Gin can be enjoyed neat, over ice or as a base for cocktails. A bottle retails for around $35.
