Sierra Tequila Milenario Fumado Blanco is a smoked blanco tequila made at Destilerías Sierra, a family-run distillery in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. It is produced from 100% Blue Weber agave using a unique 'ahumado' process in which cooked agave is smoked over mesquite and Mexican oak logs for eight hours, then double distilled in copper pot stills. It is bottled at 41.5% ABV and sells for around $50-70 USD.

  • Full bodied with floral and savoury notes combining well - think of tobacco leaf and a hint of bitter chocolate. These are all accentuated by a robust smoked agave character and a hint of caramel.
