Sierra Tequila Antiguo Añejo is a 100% blue agave tequila produced by Destilerías Sierra Unidas in Jalisco, Mexico. It undergoes a gentle double distillation in pot stills and is aged for approximately 26 months in oak barrels, giving it an amber color and notes of vanilla, caramel, wild herbs and black pepper, per the brand. It is bottled at 40% ABV and sells for around $181 per 750ml bottle.
