Distilled in Oaxaca, Mexico, by Scorpion Mezcal S.A. de C.V., Sierra Norte Rainbow Corn Mexican Whiskey is crafted from a blend of native Oaxacan corn varieties, including white, yellow, red, purple and black corn, in addition to 15% malted barley. The whiskey is double-distilled, first in stainless steel pot stills, then in copper pot stills and aged for a minimum of two years in French oak barrels.
