Siembra Valles Tequila Blanco is produced at Tequila Cascahuin in Jalisco, Mexico, using single estate blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, cold filtered and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
