Siembra Valles High Proof Blanco is produced at Tequila Cascahuin in Jalisco, Mexico, using single-estate blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, crushed with a tahona, and fermented with fibers in open-air wood and cement tanks. Double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, it is rested in glass before bottling at 46% ABV.
