Siembra Valles Aniversario Joven is produced at Tequila Cascahuin in Jalisco, Mexico, using blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented with fibers in cement tanks through open-air spontaneous fermentation. It is double distilled in copper pot stills and stainless pot stills with copper coils, then aged in new American white oak barrels before bottling at 41% ABV.
