Shui Jing Fang is a Chinese baijiu produced at the oldest continuously operating Baijiu distillery in China, dating back to 1408. Made from 36% sorghum and 64% other grains including wheat, rice, corn and glutinous rice, it's aged in terracotta urns for 3-5 years. Bottled at 52% ABV, prices range from around $144-$242.
