Shortbarrel offers a Single Barrel program for retailers, groups, restaurants and private individuals. Barrels are selected from Kentucky and Indiana distilleries and aged at least 6 years. Mashbills vary and include bourbon, rye and blends. Bottling takes place at Shortbarrel’s Atlanta facility and can be done at barrel proof, cut to proof or customized. Each barrel is individually tasted, approved, bottled, labeled and packed for release.
