Big and rich on the nose, loaded with maple, toffee, sweet cream, vanilla bean, gingerbread, pepper and some clove.
Rich on the palate, loaded with butter cream, tobacco, sweet cola and cherries, maple and brown butter. It's rich, sweet, spicy, toffee driven and full of character.
Long finish, rich again and heavy on decadent dessert character, maple, toffee, some tobacco, cream and black pepper.
Overall, this is a killer release from Shortbarrel. It's rich, drinks like an older bourbon and is full of tobacco, cola and toffee. Delicious!
