Shinsei Blended Whisky is a Japanese blended whisky produced in the Yamanashi prefecture at the foot of Mount Fuji. The brand was founded in 2017 by Frenchmen Philippe Bienvenu and Samuel Praicheux, who drew on Japanese whisky tradition and French wine expertise. It is aged for three years in Japanese oak casks, bottled at 40–40.5% ABV and sells for approximately $53–$67.
