Shiner Texas Bourbon is produced at the K. Spoetzl Distillery in Shiner, Texas, using a four-grain mash bill of yellow dent corn, winter rye, malted wheat and two-row malted barley. It is aged in new American oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). The bourbon debuted in 2025 as part of Shiner’s expansion from its beer legacy into a broader spirits portfolio.
