Sharish Original Gin is produced in Monsaraz, Portugal, by António Cuco at Sharish Gin Distillery in the Alentejo region. The gin is made with a neutral spirit base of 50% molasses, 25% wheat and 25% rice, and features Portuguese ingredients including Apple Bravo de Esmolfe DOP, oranges and lemons from Alentejo, along with juniper, coriander, lemon verbena, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. It's bottled at 40% ABV and typically sells for around $30-35.
