Señorio Mezcal Añejo is produced in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, from maguey espadín harvested at 6 to 8 years of age. The agave is cooked in an underground oven, double distilled and aged one year in American oak barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is made at NOM-O353X and owned by Casa Armando Guillermo Prieto, which also produces Zignum and El Recuerdo mezcals.
