Segredo Aldeia Cafe Rum is a coffee‑infused Indian rum from Fullarton Distilleries in Goa. Made from sugar cane and jaggery rums, including ex‑bourbon aged rum, it’s infused with locally roasted South Indian coffee beans. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in 750 ml, it boasts rcoffee and dark chocolate flavors with notes of toffee, vanilla, and subtle tobacco and leather, per brand tasting notes. The name means “secret village,” inspired by a hidden Goan settlement with historic ties to rum making.
