Seelbach’s Private Reserve The Beekeeper is a straight bourbon distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, then finished and bottled in Jacksonville, Florida. It features a mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley and is bottled at 56.5% ABV. The bourbon finishes for more than four months in honey-infused ex–20-year light whiskey barrels. The honey, sourced from White Oak Pastures in Georgia, comes from bees that forage across a 3,000-acre regenerative farm.
