Bottled at 125 proof, Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof has a suggested retail price of $39.99, Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof is a result of Buffalo Trace Distillery’s recent $1.2 billion expansion, according to the brand. It will be available in select markets beginning in November, 2025. Bottles will be available at MSRP at the Buffalo Trace Distillery gift shop the weekend of Nov. 14-16.

On the nose, Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof delivers a gorgeous nose that's equal parts rich sweetness and candied spice. Aromas include pie crust, molasses, crème brûlée, marshmallow fluff, candied ginger, orange peel and a touch of anise.
The palate is lovely, full of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, gingerbread, cocoa, brûléed banana, meringue and barrel char.
The finish concludes with brown sugar, gingerbread, pepper, clove, espresso, leather and charred peaches.
Sazerac Full Proof is an absolutely rocking rye whiskey. I can't overstate just how good this is for a bottle with a $39.99 price tag. It's a big, bold, nuanced and delicious rye whiskey. If you're a rye whiskey lover, I'd recommend you pick up a bottle, stat. Don't walk, run to the store! This is awesome neat and would absolutely crush in a Manhattan.
