Savor Spear American Classic Bourbon is made by Northwest Spirits in Woodinville, Washington. It uses a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malt. The bourbon is aged for four years in high-charred American White Oak barrels and finished with toasted oak staves. It's bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) and features tasting notes of waffle cone confection, sweet corn, spiced honey, vanilla bean and buttered popcorn, according to the brand.
