Sato Shiki Single Grain Whisky 35 Years Aged is produced grain to glass at Sato Distillery, founded in 1905 in Miyazaki Prefecture. Made with locally sourced Japanese grain and Hourigawa River water, it’s distilled on the Sato Still and aged 35 years in American white oak, Spanish sherry oak and Limousin oak, then bottled at 40% ABV. Per the brand, it features notes of roasted malt, vanilla, oak, dark chocolate, dried fruit, raisins and toffee.
