San Matias Tequila Tahona Blanco is crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, using agave steamed in stone ovens and crushed with an original stone tahona from 1886. Following fermentation in wooden vats, it's distilled in copper pot stills.
Pleasingly peppery on the nose and palate, backed by a hint of vanilla, roasted jalapeƱo emerges midpalate before finishing clean and crisp, with a lemon-zest note.
