San Matías Legado Blanco Tequila is produced at Tequila San Matias de Jalisco in the southern Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. The blue weber agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks. The tequila is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
