Saint Benevolence Caribbean Rum 5 Years Aged is a blend of rums from the Dominican Republic and Barbados. The Dominican Republic rum is pot-distilled from sugarcane juice, while the Barbados rum is column-distilled from molasses. Both rums are aged for 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels in their respective countries before being blended and bottled by St. Benevolence.
