Saicho Darjeeling Sparkling Tea is a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage made by Saicho, a U.K.-based brand founded by Charlie and Natalie Winkworth-Smith. The tea is sourced from the Gopaldhara Estate at 2,000m elevation in Darjeeling, India, harvested during the summer flush to develop its muscatel character, then cold brewed in English spring water for 24 hours and carbonated. It is bottled at 0% ABV and retails for around $12-18 depending on market.
