Maison Saint Aix BEAU VIVA is a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé made at the estate in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation in Provence, France. It is made primarily from Colombard grapes with a touch of Merlot, and the alcohol is removed via vacuum distillation to preserve the wine's aromas and flavors. It is bottled at 0% ABV and retails for around $34.95 per 750ml bottle.

Pale pink in colour and with an astonishing resemblance to Provençal rosé - with fizz, of course. Pink grapefruit and some yeast are vivid in the nose and on the palate. Very tightly meshed in the finish and also subtly savoury.
