This straight bourbon, created by Mike Safai, co-founder of Rabbit Hole Distilling and founder of Safai Coffee, was distilled by New Riff Distillery using a mashbill of corn, rye, honey-roasted malted barley and malted barley. It was barreled at 110 proof, aged 6 years at New Riff, then matured for 2 more years at Left Bank Distilled Spirits in Louisville. Bottled at 112 proof, the inaugural release includes two single barrels. It launched in October 2024 with a suggested retail price of $300 for a 750ml bottle.
