This rum is squarely aimed at the casual imbibers who just want a tasty, tarted up, adulterated drink with a little bit of oomph and no hassle, and so although I acknowledge that spiced rums sell briskly for precisely those reasons, they really aren’t my tot of grog.
This is well crafted and presented and whilst not my all time favourite spiced rum, its still a lot better than most. Undoubtedly a few of you will find a bottle of this under the Christmas tree this year. Ideal in a hot toddy.
