  • Not exceptional, and certainly young, but showing some promise. Ill be looking forward to trying this in 2-3 more years, because I bet it will be great. Until then, I would advocate you try it at a bar and leave it on the shelf at the liquor store.

  • Nose:

Cocoa, honey, praline, young must and cardboard. Faintly lactic, the youth is unmistakable. Faint melon.

  • Taste:

Thin to medium on the palate, lightly bitter. Some honey, amaretto, slivered almond, pepper and immature oak structure. No heat, but the youth is here. Green apple.

  • Finish:

Short finish, a bit hot, a bit rough. Lots of honey, slivered almond, faint oak, cardboard.

  • Overall:

Not exceptional, and certainly young, but showing some promise. Ill be looking forward to trying this in 2-3 more years, because I bet it will be great. Until then, I would advocate you try it at a bar and leave it on the shelf at the liquor store.
