This is the first release from country star Dierks Bentley's new whiskey brand, ROW 94. Produced by Green River in Owensboro, Kentucky, this bourbon is bottled at 94 proof and priced at $39.99.

Sweet, fairly complex nose. Honey, waffle cone, gingerbread, a big sassafras note, anise, green apple and a touch of espresso.
Moderate viscosity. Tobacco dominates the palate, joined by char, leather, vanilla, orange peel, nutmeg, grape, clove and spearmint.
A medium finish kicks off with tobacco and char joined by stewed plums and cherry pits, cinnamon and vanilla.
This is, I must say, very good. It’s super distinctive and stands apart from Green River's other expressions. It leans toward the bitter end of the spectrum with loads of tobacco character. It’s well proofed at 94 and drinks quite richly. Some youthful notes hold it back, but it's really very easy to enjoy and is priced well.
